Link Twitch to AirMech
Watching AirMech on Twitch can earn you rewards in the game. Link your Twitch account once, from inside AirMech, and anything you earn shows up in your inventory.
Link your account
It takes about a minute, and you only have to do it once.
Start AirMech and log in to the account you want your rewards to go to.
Press Esc and choose Profile.
Click Connect Twitch. Your web browser opens a Twitch page.
Log in to Twitch if it asks, then click Authorize. You'll see a page saying the link worked.
Head back to the game. Your Twitch name now shows under Profile. That's it.
Earn Twitch Drops
During a Drops campaign, AirMech streams on Twitch show a “Drops Enabled” tag. Watch one of them while logged in to Twitch and you'll earn rewards over time.
Watch a Drops-enabled AirMech stream. The campaign tells you how long you need to watch for each reward.
Claim the reward on Twitch. When it's ready, Twitch lets you know. Claim it from your Twitch Drops inventory.
Play AirMech. Claimed rewards land in your inventory within a few minutes, and we send you a mail when they do. If you claimed something before linking, it's delivered once you link.
Good to know
- Each Twitch account earns rewards for one AirMech account: the first one it links to. If they went to the wrong account, email us and we can move them.
- Linking tells us your Twitch username and profile picture. We never see your Twitch password.
- Rewards follow the normal rules for AirMech accounts, so accounts flagged for smurfing can't collect them.
If something goes wrong
- The browser didn't open. Check that you have a default web browser set in Windows, then click Connect Twitch again.
- The page said the link failed. Go back to the game and try again. Links time out after a few minutes, so start fresh from the game rather than refreshing the page.
- A reward didn't arrive. Make sure you claimed it on Twitch and that the Twitch account you watched with is the one you linked. Then give it a few minutes.
